PRAYER REQUESTS

The LORD makes firm the steps of the one who delights in Him; though he may stumble, he will not fall, for the LORD upholds him with His hand.

  • (6-12) Mark has taken a down turn. His sodium is high and sugar is way too low. They started an IV… we have found out that he has a blood infection to go with the other issues. He is unresponsive and having seizure-like activity. The family has decided to let God take over and called in hospice.
    Kathy is at the hospital and their daughter is with them.
  • Nancy Crisler passed June 7 at Presidential Post/Acute Care Center. she was the wife of Merlin Crisler, a former Elder and Choir Director.
  • (6-1) From Randy Norris: Prayer for cancer therapy that begins soon at Mansfield Branch of Cleveland Clinic.
  • (5-21) From Kathy Johnson: Mark was in ICU at MGH and is now awake, the breathing tube is out and we are thankful for God’s healing in his body!

  • (5-21) From Nancy McDaniel: Surgery went well and I am thankful for the prayers.
  • (5-19) Anthony Seaman has malaria. He is currently in Texas and working with doctors to find the correct medication.
  • (5-16) Prayers for Joycelynn and Christine Stoddard as “tater tot” was at Nationwide Children’s. Pray that Our Father will restore the health of this little one and that Christine would know His comfort.
  • (4-20) From Sarah Mehaffey: I have been having a lot of health issues, needeing prayers that I find the right doctors and help me get back to better health and for my well being too.
  • (3-18) From Amy Kerr: Update after Amy’s surgery – the mobility is not where the surgeon would like it to be and the swelling is sticking around more than he wants. So another follow-up the first week of April to see if PT is needed.
  • (3-18) From Amy Kerr: Prayers also for Micah’s mom as she was in the hospital from March 10-14 as she was watched and tested for possible stroke. Seems like no stroke occured but they did find narrowing blood vessels on her right side of the brain. She is currently in rehab at Worthington Christian Village before being released back to independent living.
  • (3-18) Prayer Request from Holly Baker: My Mom, Jill, is scheduled for an aortic valve replacement on Tuesday (3-18) . She’s high risk, so all prayers are appreciated!
  • (3-8) From Kathy Ridge: Requesting prayer for our son friend John. His cancer has metastasized. Please pray for new treatment to slow the growth. Please be in prayer for his wife Carla and their two young children.
  • (3-1) From Lisa Cluff: my mother, Ann Young, hospice has been called in to the facility that she is in. Continued prayers for the family as they navigate this phase.
  • (2/18) From Keri Fitzgerald: A good friend has to undergo surgery sometime today to remove a basketball size tumor from her belly. She went in with side pain yesterday and transported her to riverside and said it needs removed in 24-48 hours. Praying goes well and benign.
  • (2/11) Please continue praying for my brother, Jim Demuth as he battles lung cancer. Chemo was unsuccessful. He is now receiving radiation.

  • From Deb Wright: Prayer request for family Ryan Griffith who lives in Pasadena, California and they were able to evacuate safely.
  • Update on Stan Kemmer, Sandy Bridenstine’s father, he is recovering well after his heart valve replacement.
  • Continued prayer for our seniors as they navigate health concerns and travel arrangements throughout their appointments and holiday.
  • From Desiree Levering: A friend of mine lost her infant daughter, Sutton Nicole, today. She has been a tiny warrior with heart complications since before birth. Even with her surgeries she has seemed to be doing well and this was very unexpected. Asking for prayers for the family: Elisha(mom), Chris (dad), Quinton and Langston (brothers)

  • From Samantha Dyer: My friend just texted and said her uncle Justin needs prayer for recovery.  The family is very private but did say he has extremely low brain and lung function and is in a coma. Prayers for healing would be appreciated.

  • Northwest Haiti Christian Mission asks for prayer regarding the unrest in the area and that Mission Teams can return on trips.

  • From Kim Stone: Travis Margraf (my cousin’s son) is a 30-year-old dialysis patient on kideny transfusion. May have to have a bone marrow biopsy. please be praying for healing for Travis, answers and peace for all who are caring for him.

  • From Viv Collins: My daughter, Lita Griffith, asks us to pray for a Braden Tilley. He is the fiance of a friend of hers. He had a wreck on a 4 wheeler today and broke his femur.
  • From Nancy McDaniel: Please pray my niece Andrea Murray is able to defeat ovarian cancer.
